DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – The Sun Conference office announced that Northwood junior Jonathan Dunn was selected as the men’s basketball Player of the Week on Jan. 10. Dunn led the Seahawks to three wins on the week, averaging 24.3 points, four rebounds, 1.7 assists and one block per contest.
The 6-3 guard started off the week with a 32-point performance in Northwood’s 91-64 defeat of St. Xavier. He was 13-of-19 from the field, 4-of-8 from the three-point line and added three rebounds and two assists.
Against St. Thomas Dunn totaled 26 points and five rebounds in 33 minutes on the floor as the Seahawks topped the Bobcats 73-65. He followed with a 15-point, four-rebound, two-assist outing in Northwood’s 78-46 win over Edward Waters.
