DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. -- Helen Lynskey of Northwood has been named Offensive Player of the Week in women's soccer for the games played Oct. 24-30, 2011.
Lynskey helped the No. 7 Seahawks win three conference games. The Rotherham, United Kingdom native scored one goal and had two assists against St. Thomas in a 3-0 win. She put up one goal in a 5-1 victory over SCAD Savannah. Lynskey found the back of the net two more times and had an assist in a 9-0 win over USCB.
