DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – Tova Torstensson was tabbed as The Sun Conference women’s soccer Defensive Player of the Week after leading Embry-Riddle to a pair of shutouts in conference play during the week ending Sept. 30. A junior from Stockholm, Sweden, Torstensson played all 90 minutes in a 2-0 victory over St. Thomas and contributed two assists in a 6-0 victory over Florida Memorial.
