DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. - Northwood's Sharnele Brown is this week's Sun Conference Player of the Week for her three-game performance against three league teams last week.
Brown amassed 61 points and 23 rebounds in a 2-1 week for Northwood. Brown had 24 points and seven rebounds in a crucial 73-69 win over Webber, which gave the Lady Seahawks the #3 seed in the conference tournament. She added 21 points, eight rebounds, four assist and four steals in a 78-43 victory over Johnson & Wales. The 20-point effort were Brown's fifth and sixth of the season.
