DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. - Embry-Riddle's Chad Modomo becomes the fourth different Embry-Riddle pitcher to earn Sun Conference Pitcher of the Week honors. Modomo earned the accolade for his performane last week and he was selected by the conference sports information directors.
Senior Modomo held the Eagles' best opponent to date, No. 8 Lewis-Clark State, to just five hits and one earned run over seven innings on Saturday. Modomo earned the win for Embry-Riddle, striking out five Warrior batters and walking none. Modomo is now 4-1 overall with a 2.45 ERA in 44.0 innings of work.
