DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – Warner senior Diogo Barros garnered Sun Conference men’s tennis Player of the Weekhonors for the first time in his career, the conference office announced Monday afternoon.
Barros led the Royals to a big 3-0 performance last week with wins over No. 16 Oklahoma Baptist and No. 21 Coastal Georgia. The only loss for Barros on the week came in doubles play against Coastal Georgia. The Parana, Brazil native was a perfect 3-0 in No. 6 singles matches.
