DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. - Olivia Lynch of Embry-Riddle is this week's Sun Conference Defensive Player of the Week. Lynch was selected by the league's sports information directors.

Sophomore goalkeeper Olivia Lynch led the Embry-Riddle defensive effort on the weekend road trip at SCAD Savannah and University of South Carolina Beaufort. The No. 2 Eagles went 2-0 on the weekend, and Lynch recorded two shutouts, with seven saves overall on the weekend. The Eagles won both games 1-0, so Lynch's defensive effort was vital to the two wins to keep ERAU's eight-game win streak alive.
