DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. - Northwood's Keivan Berges is this week's Sun Conference Player of the Week. Berges was chosen for his performance in NU's four games last week.
Berges was an offensive juggernaut for the Seahawks in a weekend sweep of Johnson University. Keivan was .583 (7-of-12) from the plate, belting a pair of home runs in back-to-back games, with five runs scored and knocking in seven RBIs for Northwood. For the season, Berges is batting a team-high .438 (14-of-32) with three dingers and 12 RBIs, ranking first and third in The Sun Conference, respectively.
