DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. - Chris Fahey of Northwood is the final Sun Conference Player of the Week for the 2014 season. Fahey becomes the second Seahawk to earn the honor after Keivan Berges did it on Feb. 24.
Fahey wrapped up his Seahawks career in style, posting a .600 average from the dish in a 2-1 week for Northwood. In a must-win game against Southeastern, Chris was 3-for-4 from the dish with two singles and a two-run home run for a four RBI day. On the season, Fahey batted .249 (30-for-116) with six doubles, four home runs, and 21 RBIs.
