DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. - Karen Pimentel is this week's Sun Conference Offensive Player of the Week. Pimentel was selected by the league's sports information directors.
After playing at center back for most of the season and anchoring the defense, Pimentel moved forward to an attacking midfield role for the final three games of the season and jumpstarted the USCB attack. She has scored goals in three consecutive games to tie for the team lead with four and has registered assists in two straight contests to move into a tie for the team lead with 10 points.
