DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. - Brian Pace of Webber International is this week's Player of the Week for his part in a 3-0 week for the Warriors. Pace becomes the first WIU player to earn the honor in 2014-15.
Pace averaged 19.3 points, 7.7 rebounds and 7.3 assists for Webber International as the Warriors notched three wins, including an upset of No. 20 Thomas. Pace recorded a triple-double in WIU's win over Silver Lake College, putting up a stat line of 19 points, 12 rebounds and 13 assists. He then followed that with the game-winning shot against Thomas in a thrilling, 72-70 win for WIU. Pace wasn't done there as the senior guard scored 33 points with eight boards and three assists.
