Daytona Beach, Fla.- Junior Forward Jessica Garcia of Embry-Riddle has been selected this week's FSC Women's Soccer Player of the Week.
This week Garcia tied the ERAU single-match goal scoring mark with four goals in a 9-0 win against Warner Southern on friday and contributed the game-winning goal in a 4-1 conference road win against arch-rival Flagler College. The junior's final goal against Warner Southern also matched former Eagles Lisa Lundgren and Rachael Lund on the all-time career goal scoring list with 31 goals. The Eagles are currently 5-5 overall and second in the FSC championship race with a 2-1 conference record.
