DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. - Austin Munn of Ave Maria is this week's Sun Conference Pitcher of the Week. Munn was chosen by the league's sports information directors.
Munn threw a complete game Friday afternoon in a win against Northwood, allowing only one run and striking out 13. Munn also allowed only one walk. His lone run was given up to the first hitter of the game. His gem against Northwood was his second win of the year and Ave Maria's first conference win of the season.
