Keiser’s Ebba Blomqvist is this week’s Sun Conference Defensive Player of the Week for women’s soccer. Blomqvist is the second Seahawk to earn the award this season. The freshman defender from Skovde, Sweden, helped the Seahawks to two victories last week, including a shutout of Florida Memorial. She scored a goal on a penalty kick in Keiser’s 3-2 win over St. Thomas and followed it up with a goal and three assists in a 7-0 victory over Florida Memorial.
