Thomas’ Bra’shey Ali is this week’s Sun Conference Women’s Basketball Player of the Week. This is the second week in a row and third time this year that Ali has been named player of the week.
Coming off an injury against MGSU, Ali led the Lady Night Hawks to a 68-56 victory over Ave Maria in their TSC opener. She averaged 16 points and 12 rebounds in three games this week. Ali has seven double-doubles in nine games. She ranks first in Division II in Offensive Rebounds per Game (6.222) and leads Division II in Total Rebounds per Game (14.889).
