Southeastern’s Christin Strawbridge is this week’s Sun Conference Women’s Basketball Player of the Week.
Strawbridge helped the Fire to a 3-0 week by notching her sixth and seventh double-doubles of the season. Against Warner she led all scorers with 21 points and snagged 13 rebounds while shooting 69% from the field. She followed up with 20 points, good for the game high, and 16 rebounds against St. Thomas and shot with 64% accuracy from the field. To top it off, she didn't miss a free throw all week as she was 9-for-9 from the line. Strawbridge is currently ranked third in NAIA Division II in field goal percentage shooting 63.6% on average.
