The reigning TSC Freshman of the Year picked up where he left off at the conclusion of last year, leading his team in both scoring and rebounds against Florida College. Minix willed his team to victory with 20 second-half points to give the Fire the win in the season-opener. Dating back to last season, the Vero Beach native has scored at least 20 points in six of his last seven contests.
This is Minix’s first TSC weekly award of the season and the second of his career.
