Deacon posted top times in both the 400m and 800m at the Embry-Riddle Spikes Classic. His time of 47.91 broke school record which has been standing since the 2018 season. He also posted the best time among 22 athletes in the 800m with a time of 1:56.23.
This is Deacon’s first TSC weekly award of the season (outdoor) and the first of his career (outdoor).
