Alford set standards in both the 100- and 200-meter relays. He went A in the 100 with his time of 10.57 which equaled his lifetime best and was only .02 seconds off of first place to take third overall. He also hit another lifetime best in the 200 for B standard with his time of 21.47. Alford was also the last leg of the 4x100 relay that took first place overall.
This is Alford’s first TSC weekly award of the season (outdoor) and the second of his career (outdoor).
