VandeHei posted back-to-back triple-doubles (10 total this season) this past week while averaging 7.89 assists per set as KU went 1-1 to close out the 2021 regular season. The native of Burlington, Wisconsin, began the week with an 11-kill, 29-assist, 14-dig performance at Ave Maria. Three days later, in the final home match of her Keiser career, VandeHei helped set the school-record for assists in a match as the team posted 72 versus Coastal Georgia. The Seahawk setter contributed a season-high 42 in the 3-2 victory. She added 12 kills and 17 digs for her 10th triple-double of the year. On the season, VandeHei has totaled 789 assists, averaging 5.68 assists per set. She enters this week's Sun Conference Championship as the school's all-time leader in assists with 3,949 (No. 3 all-time in Sun Conference history).
