Melvin Johnson secured his spot at the NAIA National Championships in two events at the IMG Invitational. His 60 Meter Dash heat was filled with the fastest runners in the SUN Conference. Additionally, it was the first time he had competed collegiately in the 200 Meter Dash.
This is Johnson’s first SUN indoor weekly award of the season and first of his career.
