Robin Fernandez had another great week for the #11 Bobcats helping the team extend their win streak to 11 with a 4-0 week including a Sun Conference sweep over #20 Keiser. Fernandez recorded a hit in every game this week having three straight multi-hit games. The week started with back to back home runs in two straight plate appearances for Fernandez. The sophomore sensation hit .538 with a .684 OBP and 1.231 slugging percentage. Fernandez collected six walks, seven hits, 16 total bases, and six RBI on the week striking out just once in 19 plate appearances.
This is Fernandez’ second SUN weekly award of the season and the second of his career.
