Darian Mills continues to show a strong showing across the board in the numerous events for the SUN Conference and NAIA. Mills has broken his fourth consecutive school record in just his second meet in his collegiate career. The true freshman started off his impressive showing in the 400-meter hurdles on Friday at the Thrills of the Hills invitational hosted by Emory University. Mils picked up a new school and personal record of 53.03. Additionally, Mill's first-place finishing time in the event succeeded the NAIA A' Standard, as he currently sits in first in the NAIA respectively. Mills also competed in the 400-meter run, boasting a solid new school record of 48.82 for a first-place finish. Mills also broke the SUN Conference record in the 400-meter hurdles, which was held by Marvin Williams in 2021.
