Sana Dennis was lights out this week collecting her first career double-double in style against the Seahawks. Dennis had 10 kills and a career-high 12 blocks, she became just the third player in program history to record a double double In blocks and kills a week after teammate Tayla Barnes did so. Dennis had 13 blocks on the week for a 1.86 average as she leads the conference in blocks per set at 1.14. The junior also brought it at the net offensively this week with 21 kills, for her first career back-to-back double digit kill outing. She also picked up four digs on the week. She had a .576 clip on the week with just two errors, while also leading the conference in hitting percentage at .389. St. Thomas just completed their second ever undefeated conference season, the last being in 1996. The team is currently on an 18 match win streak for the longest in program history.
