DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. -- Northwood University's Katie Vican scored 27 points and added seven rebounds in a 73-60 victory against Johnson & Wales last week to earn the school's first Florida Sun Conference women's basketball Player of the Week honors for the week ending Dec. 10th, conference officials announced today.
The freshman currently leads team in scoring with 14.4 points per game.
