DAYTONA BEACH, Fla.--Northwood's Katie Vican was selected as FSC Player of the Week for the second consecutive week for the week ending Dec. 17th, conference officials announced today.
The freshman from Wrightsville, Pa., averaged 18.7 points and 9.3 rebounds in a 1-2 week for the Seahawks. Highlights included back-to-back games with at least 20 points and 10 rebounds, posting 24 and 11 in a neutral-site defeat against Iowa Wesleyan, and 23 and 11 in a narrow 66-64 loss to Milligan (Tenn.).
