DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. -- Northwood University's Bari Levy had three 20-point efforts on the week to earn Florida Sun Conference women's basketball Player of the Week honors for the week ending Jan. 7th, conference officials announced today.

Levy averaged 21.3 points and 5.7 rebounds in three games last week converting 23-of-37 (.622) from the floor and 10-of-15 (.666) from behind the arc. She began the week by scoring game-high 23 in a narrow 64-63 home loss against NCAA DIII Emmanuel (Mass.) (Jan. 2) before notching 20 points and nine rebounds in a n 86-76 loss to NCAA DII the University of New Haven (Jan. 4). Levy was 6-of-9 from the floor in the contest against the Chargers. She finished the week with a 21-point effort in a 93-61 against NCAA DII No. 7 and unbeaten (18-0) Florida Gulf Coast College (Jan. 6). Was 8-for-11 from the field, including 4-of-5 from behind the arc against the Eagles.
