PORT ORANGE, Fla. - Embry-Riddle University sophomore forward Tyler Debord averaged 18.5 points, 10.5 rebounds and shot an amazing 79.0 percent from the field last week to help the Eagles to a 2-0 week in conference play and helped him earn Florida Sun Conference Men's Basketball Player of the Week, conference officials announced today.

DeBord has been the one constant presence for the Eagles all season long for Embry-Riddle through a trying season with injuries to impact players on their offense. DeBord posted his ninth double-double of the season in a 78-63 victory against Webber International and nearly recorded his 10th of the year being one rebound short in ERAU's 85-68 win at SCAD. He shot an amzing 79.0 percent from the floor on the week and is the leading shooter on the team with an amazing 63.9 percent from the field, he is first in rebounding (8.7) and third on the team in scoring (13.6).
