DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. - Webber International senior, Jimmy Marshall, struck out 15 batters in two appearances this past week to earn him Florida Sun Conference Pitcher of the Week honors for the week of Feb. 12, 2008, the league office announced on Tuesday.
Marshall picked up a win against FSC opponent, Florida Memorial, throwing six innings with ten strike outs. He allowed five hits, one run which was unearned, and gave up one walk. He also appeared in three innings against Southeastern College earlier in the week, where he tallied five K's, giving up two hits, two walks and one run.
