Northwood junior Didi Jurman was selected as the women’s soccer Defensive Player of the Week, The Sun Conference announced on Monday.

The 5-7 goalkeeper from Kochav-Yair, Israel led the eighth-ranked Seahawks to a 4-0 shutout of No. 11 Savannah College of Art and Design on Saturday. She collected three saves in 90 minutes in the nets to give Northwood its first league win of the year.
