DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. - Didi Jurman, goalkeeper for Northwood, was named Defensive Player of the Week, announced Monday by The Sun Confernece. She had two shut-outs versus two conference opponents during the week.
Jurman collected four saves in the Seahawks 4-0 victory over Embry-Riddle and had one more in the game against St. Thomas. Jurman now has six total shut-outs on the season, which has helped put Northwood within sight of The Sun Conference regular season title.
