DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. - Junior Forward, Katya Salguero of Northwood, has been named The Sun Conference Women's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week. This was announced Monday by the conference office.
Salguero scored four goals on teh week, leading Northwood to a share of their third straight conference title. She marked two goals in each game against Webber International and Embry-Riddle. She aslo assisted her team's third goal against Webber-International. She has 57 total point on the season.
Other nominees include: Elina Johansson, Embry-Riddle; Francis Brlit, St. Thomas; Candace Cunningham, Webber-International; and Lauren O'Malley, SCAD.
