DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. - Sophomore Oscar DePablos has been named The Sun Conference Baseball Player of the Week for the week of Feb. 16, after hitting .636 in four games, leading Northwood to a 3-1 record. This was announced Monday by the conference office.
DePablos went 7-for-11 with a grand slam against Florida Memorial. He picked up eight RBI, two doubles and scored five runs on the week. The sophomore also had a slugging percentage of 1.091.
Other nominees include: Aaron Tea, Embry-Riddle; Kyle Radziewski, St. Thomas; Justin Zanella, Warner; Jerod Mathis, Webber International; Mark Stewart, SCAD; and Zach Rossetti, South Carolina-Beaufort.
