Beth McCubbin captured her second National Champion title in the 1000m run, with a time of 2:55.81, as well as being named an NAIA All-American for the fourth year in a row. McCubbin was also a member of two relay teams that appeared at the national championship, leading the distance medley relay team to a seventh place finish in the finals.
