Hope Franklin of Warner University led her team in a sweep of conference foe Northwood, to be named The Sun Conference Player of the Week, announced Monday by the league office.
Franklin averaged .600 on the week, with a slugging average of 1.100. She now leads the team in home runs, after recording her sixth jack of the season in the series opener. Franklin went 6-for-10 from the plate, including a triple in the final game. She also recorded three runs and one stolen base.
