DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. - For the second week in a row an Embry-Riddle women's soccer player has taken home The Sun Conference defensive player of the week honors. This week's award goes to sophomore Dina Roper, goalkeeper from Pembroke Pines, Fla.
Roper tallied her fifth shutout of the season on Friday as the Eagles defeated conference opponent Florida Memorial 2-0.
Roper saved five balls and played all 180 minutes over the weekend in helping ERAU to a 2-0 mark.
