Rowe Leads Embry Riddle To Women’s Golf Conference Championship
PORT SAINT LUCIE, FL --- The No. 2 Embry Riddle Women’s Golf Team came away with The Sun Conference Women’s Golf Championship Tuesday afternoon after firing a 299 in the final round of the tournament.
The Eagles' Carrie Rowe finished the tournament one under par (143), shooting a round low 68 during the second day to capture the victory. She was closely followed by teammate Grace Jeong who fired a 73 and 72 to finish one over par at 145. No. 8 Northwood’s Melanie Roux finished in third after shaving four strokes off her day one score of 76 in the second round. Fourth place was split between USC-Beaufort’s Adriana Saavedra and ERAU’s Bea Serra with a score of 149.
