BABSON PARK, Fla. – The Lady Warriors welcomed Xavier University of Louisiana on Thursday, December 16th. Nikki King led the Warriors with 17 points and eclipsed the 1,000 point mark for her career at Webber.
King has been with the Lady Warriors for the last 3 years averaging over 300 points a year. King received a double double with 17 points and 20 rebounds.
King led the Lady Warriors in the Warrior Christmas Classic posting double doubles throughout the past weekend’s four games. King is ranked #2 in NAIA Division II in offensive rebounds and total rebounds per game. King is also ranked #6 in defensive rebounds.
The Lady Warriors next game is Friday, January 7th. They will open the New Year with their first Sun Conference game against Florida Memorial University in Babson Park. Tip-off is set for 7 p.m.
