AVE MARIA, Fla.- The SCAD Savannah men's cross country team placed five of their runners in the top fifteen at Saturday's Sun Conference Championship to claim the team's third consecutive conference title on the campus of Ave Maria University. Keiser University's Jacob Nkamasiai paced the field to win the individual conference title in 25:36.7.
The Bees were led by First Team All-Sun Conference honorees Max Groff and Sage Reiger, who placed fifth and seventh respectively. Three more Bees - Matthew Corolis, Jermaine Jones, and Veit Hoenle - were named Second Team All-Sun Conference. SCAD head coach Patrick Reagan was selected as The Sun Conference's Coach of the Year, as selected by his fellow conference coaches.
