TAMPA, Fla. – The Sun Conference announces its major award winners and all-conference honorees for the 2025 flag football season.
Ana Vincensini of Warner has been named the Sun Conference Player of the Year for the second consecutive season. The junior wide receiver recorded 89 catches for 849 yards this season. In conference play, she totaled 57 receptions for 537 yards and 10 touchdowns, averaging 64.6 yards per game. On the defensive side, Vincensini added 40 tackles, four pass breakups, and three interceptions. This marks the fourth consecutive year the Royals have had the Player of the Year on their roster.
Adrianna Cavalotti of Keiser has been named the Sun Conference Defensive Player of the Year. The senior from Staten Island, N.Y., tallied 45 tackles, eight pass breakups, and four interceptions in SUN action, averaging over six tackles per game. She also contributed 250 yards on punt returns and added 180 receiving yards on offense. Cavalotti is a First Team All-SUN selection after earning Second Team honors a season ago.
Jessica Finley of Warner has been named the Offensive Player of the Year. The standout wide receiver leads the conference in every major receiving category. In SUN play, she recorded 62 receptions for 544 yards, averaging 68.0 yards per game and 8.8 yards per catch, while scoring 10 of her 21 total touchdowns this season. Finley has surpassed 1,000 receiving yards overall and enters the semifinal game with 1,100 yards on the year.
Esther Breitling of Warner is this year’s Champion of Character award recipient. After suffering a preseason knee injury, Esther became an invaluable leader for the Royals. She was named the team’s Spiritual Captain and serves as a Student Leader with FCA, leading Bible studies on campus and in the community. According to her head coach, Tim Mimbs, her steady presence, uplifting spirit, and faith-driven leadership have made her a true role model for her teammates and peers.
Chelsea Parmer of Thomas has been named the Sun Conference Coach of the Year. In her fourth season at the helm, Parmer has built the program from the ground up, leading the Night Hawks to their third Regular Season Title in four years. She holds a 32-4 record in SUN play over that span and has guided Thomas to a perfect 14-0 overall record this season, including 8-0 in conference play. Under her leadership, five players earned First Team All-SUN honors. This is Coach Parmer’s third Sun Conference honor in the past four years.

The 2025 Sun Conference Flag Football Tournament continues Friday, April 18, with the semifinals and championship held in Thomasville, Ga.
