BANQUET AND COACHES MEETING:
The Sun Conference Cross Country banquet and coaches meeting will be held in the ballroom of the Student Union (building 4). The building is accessed from Clancy Avenue, two different parking lots and street parking are available behind the union. The doors for the ballroom are on the east side of the building, nearest to the parking lot. The conference room where the coaches meeting will be held is located on the 2^nd floor in the Department of Student Affairs.   
 
THE COURSE:
**The course loop  is mostly flat and made up primarily of well mowed grass fields and trail, it does include a 200m section of brick paver. The women’s race will  repeat the course loop 2 times, the men’s race will repeat the course loop 3 times. It will be very spectator friendly and is easily accessible.
 
The start and finish of the races will be in the intramural fields off of Dolan St. on the southernmost end of campus. It is the first left turn after you pass through the roundabout entering the town of Ave Maria. Team VANs will be able to park on the brick pavers adjacent to the course and alongside the residence halls (buildings 14 and 16). We ask that team BUSES drop of on Dolan St., but park in the parking lot behind the enrollment center (building 10) off of Avila Ave. Spectators and fans will also be directed to park in those lots in addition to anywhere along Ave Maria Blvd.
 
The Dolan and Donahue street entrances from Ave Maria Blvd. will be closed from 8a.m. through the conclusion of the awards ceremony seeing that the men’s course crosses both roads and the women’s course crosses one of them.
 
A few other notes;
 
Our Sports Information department will be doing a livestream of the event at no charge on our Stretch Internet portal. The camera will shoot from just north of the team tent area and provide an aerial view of a good portion of the course in addition to the awards ceremony.  The link for access is: https://portal.stretchinternet.com/avemaria/
