Sun Conference Women’s Basketball Game of the Week: Keiser at Webber International

MIAMI, Fla. (Feb. 5, 2021) – This week’s Sun Conference Women’s Basketball Game of the Week features a battle between the third- and fourth-place teams in the TSC Standings as the Keiser Seahawks (12-8, 10-5 TSC) travel to the Webber International Warriors (14-6, 10-5 TSC) on Saturday, February 6. Game time is set for 2:00 p.m.
 
The Seahawks come into Saturday’s game sitting in fourth-place in the current league standings and are a game back from the Warriors. KU is averaging 65.8 points per game on 39.5 percent shooting from the floor. The Seahawks are led by Emily Patton, who is averaging 16.3 points per game while shooting 41.8 percent on the year.
 
The Warriors come into this week’s Game of the Week holding the No. 3 spot in the Sun Conference Standings. WIU is averaging 69.1 points per game on 39.6 percent shooting from the floor. The Warriors are led offensively by Paris Copeland, who comes into the weekend averaging 14.3 points per game on 40.6 percent shooting.
 
Webber International has won three-straight over the Seahawks, including a 61-59 victory on January 2, 2021, in West Palm Beach, Florida.
