“I am thrilled to add Mary to our Sun Conference staff. She is incredibly talented, has valuable experience including a background in the NAIA, and is deeply motivated to help elevate our conference to new heights,” said Wilke. “We look forward to the immediate positive impact Mary is going to have on The Sun Conference and our members.”

vonKronenberger was also the administrative representative at the NCAA Division III World Series and Division III Women’s Basketball Tournament twice.

“First off, I would like to thank Commissioner Dustin Wilke and the others that were part of the hiring process for entrusting me with the incredible opportunity and privilege to work within The Sun Conference,” said vonKronenberger. “I am excited and ready to support and promote the nationally recognizable success of The Sun Conference institutions and their student-athletes. I am thrilled to be returning to the NAIA level and am committed to maximizing my impact within the conference.”

Before heading to Berea, vonKronenberger worked as a graduate assistant in sports information at NAIA member Aquinas College in Michigan and also worked in athletic operations as a student building manager. She crafted unique content for each team’s social media outlets and handled game day marketing and handled game stats for volleyball, soccer, basketball, softball, baseball, and lacrosse.
