2024 Men's and Women's Cross Country Championships Preview

TAMPA, Fla. – The 2024 Men’s and Women’s Cross Country Championships are set to take place on Saturday, November 9, in Lakeland, Florida, hosted by Southeastern University at Holloway Park.

The Championships will feature a competitive 7-team lineup for both the men’s and women’s events, including Ave Maria, Keiser, SCAD, Southeastern, St. Thomas, Warner, and Webber International.

The men’s 8,000-meter race will kick off at 7:45 a.m., followed by the women’s 6,000-meter race at 8:30 a.m. An awards ceremony for both championships will take place after the conclusion of the women’s race. Each team’s top five runners will contribute to the team score, with the lowest total earning the Conference Title and an automatic bid to the NAIA National Championships, scheduled for November 22, 2024, in Columbia, Missouri.
