TAMPA, Fla. – The Sun Conference announces the players of the week for men's and women's basketball for the week of December 22, 2025.

Men's Basketball Players of the Week
Defensive Player of the Week
Cameron Baldwin, Keiser
Junior | Acworth, Ga. | Forward
Notes: Cameron Baldwin anchored the defense with a dominant two-game performance, averaging 7.5 rebounds, 3.0 blocks, and 1.0 steal per game in limited minutes. He recorded 15 total rebounds and an impressive six blocks across the two victories. Baldwin’s presence in the paint helped control the glass, including nine rebounds and two blocks against Morningside, followed by four blocks versus Olivet Nazarene. Baldwin now ranks fifth in the NAIA in blocks and blocks per game.
Offensive Player of the Week
Daivion Traylor, Southeastern
Junior | Ypsilanti, Mich. | Forward
Notes: Traylor could not be touched by anyone this week as the Fire went to Xenia, Ohio and took the Athletes In Action Christmas Classic. He averaged 22 points across both contests, shot 83.3 percent from the field, and 73.7 percent from the stripe. He dealt one assist, and averaged 11.5 rebounds per game (six offensive rebounds per game). In the 86-83 win over Rio Grande, he scored 23 (8/10) grabbed 12 rebounds, six of them offensive. In the bracket final win over Marian (Ind.), he scored another 21 (7/8), notching 11 more rebounds, six of which were offensive. His total score in each contest nearly matched his total minutes played, scoring a total of 44 points across 53 minutes played.

Grace Field, Southeastern
Graduate Student | Albany, N.Y. | Forward
Notes: Grace Field dominated this week across the full week of the SEU Classic. Four straight wins averaging eight rebounds a game, 5.8 defensive, as well 4.3 steals per game. She notched four blocks, 32 total rebounds, and 17 steals including nine in the 99-45 win over Truett McConnell. Her defense fueled her offense, as she averaged 16.5 points per game on 67.4 percent shooting.
Offensive Player of the Week
Mya Herman, Southeastern
Junior | Canandaigua, N.Y. | Guard
Notes: Mya Herman was a lethal weapon this week. Dominating the SEU Classic, en route to four straight Fire victories. Shooting 58.9 percent from the field (33-56), and averaging 19.5 points per game. She scored 23 in back to back blowouts of Brewton Parker (84-53), and Missouri Baptist (63-48). She totaled 14 assists on the week (2.8 per game), and grabbed 17 rebounds (two offensive). She used her 13 steals to fuel her offense, shooting 43.5 percent from the three point line (10-23) and a perfect 100 percent from the charity stripe.
