Men's Basketball Players of the Week -

Defensive Player of the Week
Vincent Miszkiewicz, Keiser | Sr. - Forward - South Elgin, Ill.
Miszkiewicz made it happen on both ends of the floor for the Seahawks, but it has been a defensive showcase over the last few games that have earned Keiser the title of regular season champions. Miszkiewicz tallied nine blocks on the week while bringing down 22 rebounds. The Lions were held to their second lowest scoring performance on Wednesday, averaging 82 points per game going into the contest. Keiser has now held eight opponents below 60 points this season.
Offensive Player of the Week
Blaize Darling, Jr., Warner | Gr. - Guard - Nassau, Bahamas
Darling made a statement closing out for the Royals in the last week of conference play. Darling Jr led the Royals to two wins this week over New College of Florida with 26 points and 7 rebounds and at Webber with 25 points and 12 rebounds. Blaize went 21 of 24 from the free throw line this week. He averaged 25.5 ppg and 9.5 rpg this past week.

Defensive Player of the Week
Jaiden Ross, Webber International l Jr. - Forward - Vero Beach, Fla.
Ross continued to show her prowess on the defensive end, totaling seven blocks and one steal across two games as well as 16 defensive rebounds. Her efforts on both sides of the ball helped earn the Warriors a Senior Night Victory over Crooked Lake Rivals Warner.
Offensive Player of the Week
Elliana Schaefer, Keiser | Sr. - Guard - Castalia, Ohio
Elliana Schaefer was a key player in two conference wins this week, averaging 17.0 points per game while shooting 42.9% from the field. She scored 14 points against Florida Memorial, helping the Seahawks hand the Lions their first home loss of the season. Schaefer followed up with a 20-point performance against Coastal Georgia, hitting 4 three-pointers at a 50% clip on her senior day. She also contributed across the board, averaging 3.5 rebounds, 2.5 assists, and 2.0 steals per game.

Player of the Week
Connor Hicks, Southeastern | Sr. - Catcher - Toronto, Canada
Hicks was the consistent bat in the Fire rotation. Playing a mix of DH and Catcher, he total a .500 average on five of 10 hitting. Six RBI's over four games was the result, with two solo shots in the series opener against Embry-Riddle (Ariz.). He also added three runs, and found himself on base 57.1 percent of the time thanks to a walk, two hit by pitch, and only two strikeouts. He finished the week with a 1.100 slugging percentage. Additionally, he was excellent on the field with 20 putouts on 21 total chances.
Pitcher of the Week
Reece Wissinger, Southeastern | Gr. - Right Handed Pitcher - Burlington, Iowa
Once again the senior drubbed opposing batters. For the fourth time this season, Wissinger went seven innings as the starter in the mercy rule of Embry-Riddle (Ariz.), striking our nine batters, walking none, with only one hit allowed. Maintaining his perfect ERA and averaging a 11.57 k/9. His prowess has batters only hitting 0.09 against him.

Kaitlynn Martinez, St. Thomas | Sr. - Outfielder - Houston, Texas
Martinez had four stellar appearances this week, picking up three doubles and a homer against Columbia International. Martinez recorded six hits, six runs, two stolen bases, and no strikeouts.
Pitcher of the Week
Anna Toon, St. Thomas | Sr. - Pitcher/Utility - Great Falls, Mont.
Anna Toon recorded fourteen strikeouts this week across three games against Columbia International University. In her 13.1 innings pitched she earned three wins and allowed no runs during her time in the circle.

Defensive Player of the Week
Milena Isturiz, Keiser | Sr. - Midfielder - Pembroke Pines, Fla.
Isturiz has been a catalyst for this team all season and again led the Seahawks to another win (21-2 over Webber). Against WIU, she led the team with four caused turnovers and six groundballs.
Offensive Player of the Week
Ellen Benintendi, SCAD Savannah | Fr. - Midfielder - Cincinnati, Ohio
Benintendi led the Bees to another ranked win, totaling six goals and two assists for eight points. The freshman currently leads the team in goals (23) and points (27) after just four games.

Men's Tennis Player of the Week
Shaheed Alam, Keiser | Jr. - Singapore
Just the one match for the Seahawks but Shaheed Alam certainly had enough time on court in the 6-1 win. In doubles, he and Gilad Tamar were first through with a 6-0 win on court three. In singles, Alam was the last one to finish, going to an extended super tiebreak with Platas and finally winning 13-11.
Women's Tennis Player of the Week
Violet Apisah, Keiser | Jr. - Sydney, Australia
Facing the defending Division II National Champions, Violet Apisah had one of the longest singles matches of the season with each set needing a tiebreak. She followed it up with one of the shortest match possible in singles, winning 6-0, 6-0 on Thursday.

Men's Golfer of the Week
Lee Smith, Coastal Georgia | Sr. - Waycross, Ga.
Finished inside the top 10 at Kinderlou last week. Smith shot 77, 73, and 71 in the three rounds.
Women's Golfer of the Week
Yunyi Luo, SCAD Savannah | Fr. - Shenzhen, GuangDong, China
Luo led the Bees to a first-place finish at the Kinderlou Forest Spring Invite. SCAD finished 35 strokes ahead of the second-place team.

Destiny Lockett, Thomas | Jr. - Wide Receiver/Linebacker - Tampa, Fla.
Had 3 interceptions total 2 of which were pick sixes. She had 1 for 13 yards against ASU and 2 for 26 yards against Point. She added in 3 pulls as well along with an extra point conversion on the offensive side against ASU.
Offensive Player of the Week
Samantha Wilson, Webber International | Sr. - Quarterback - Talahassee, Fla.
Wilson looked like a seasoned professional against Life. Completing over 66.7 percent of her passes for 272 yards and 5 touchdowns, three through the air and two on the ground. Wilson also played a few snaps on defense, getting a flag pull.

Rocket League Player of the Week
Bailey Newton, Keiser | Fr. - Newcastle, Australia
Newton helped lead the Seahawks to a win over St. Thomas. He scored the winning goal in overtime to clinch the two seed in the SUN Rocket League Playoffs for KU.
Super Smash Brothers Ultimate Player of the Week
Hector Jimenez, Warner | Fr. - Haines City, Fla.
Hector played incredibly well taking down all 4 of TAMUT’s SSBU players in game 2 and was able to take 12 stocks.
Overwatch 2 Player of the Week
Kody Flynt, Warner | Jr.
Played incredibly well this week in SUN Overwatch. Had top eliminations in all 3 games against Webber in Overwatch on Thursday. Flynt is also the co-captain of WU's overwatch team.
