TAMPA, Fla. - The 2025 All-Sun Conference Beach Volleyball Teams were announced on Wednesday afternoon as voted on by the league’s 13 head coaches.
In this season's All-Conference selections, Mobile University led the way with three pairs named to the First Team: Aspen Adams/Layton Adams, Jaci Drinnon/Rachel Dunaway, and Emma Hampton/Gabby Sheffield. Each pair went undefeated in league play with a combined record of 33-0, leading their team to the 2025 Regular Season Title. Loyola University also showcased strong representation with Madeline Corrall/Kala Emanuelli and Samantha Guillotte/Rose Vanney Lane all earning First Team honors.
Webber University made a notable impact with two duos on the First Team, Abigail Baxter with Delanie Johnson and Nadia Reid with Kiersten Tisdale, as the Warriors finished second in the regular season standings. Warner University’s Leah Cooley and Ashlyn Fassnacht were also named to the First Team, highlighting their impactful performances at the 1s this year.
On the Second Team, Ave Maria University saw two pairs, Ines Lopes with Adriana Bravo and Greta Heiney with Elle Malczewski, recognized for their performances. Loyola continued to make its mark with Amaya Bazemore/Isabella Rodrigue and Juliet Petruzelli/Mary Dinegar securing Second Team honors.
William Carey's Lia Ramos with Elaina Anderson and Lara Monteiro with Marcella Hermont were acknowledged with Second Team honors. St. Thomas University celebrated Serena Ramirez and Isabel Narbutas' inclusion in the Second Team.
Rounding out the selections, New College of Florida's Cassidy Casey and Kayla Gentry were awarded with Second Team honors.
Five representatives are repeat winners from last year (Aspen Adams, Layton Adams, Samantha Guilotte, Rose Vanney Lane, and Nadia Reid).
The 2025 Sun Conference Beach Volleyball Tournament Championship begins on Friday, April 11th, in Gulf Shores, Alabama, featuring four first-round matchups. Top-seeded Mobile will face No. 8 St. Thomas, and fourth-seeded William Carey will compete against fifth-seeded Truett McConnell, both starting at 9:00 a.m. These matches will be followed by No. 2 Webber versus No. 7 Ave Maria and No. 3 Loyola against No. 6 New College of Florida at 11:00 a.m., with more matches scheduled throughout the day. The tournament will conclude on Saturday, April 12th, with the championship match at 1:00 p.m.
