Sun Conference Players of the Week Recognized Across Football, Golf, Soccer, and Volleyball

TAMPA, Fla. – The Sun Conference announces the players of the week for football, men's and women's golf, men's and women's soccer, and volleyball for the week of September 22, 2025.

Football Players of the Week


Defensive Player of the Week

Malik Razz, Keiser

Sophomore | West Palm Beach, Fla. | Defensive Back

Notes: Safety Malik Razz led Keiser's to a 42-12 win at Cumberlands (Ky.). The Seahawks held the Patriots to 246 yards of total offense well under their season average of 525.0 yards per game. Razz led Keiser with nine total tackles for an average of 11.0 tackles per game (No. 2 in the SUN and tied for No. 9 in the NAIA behind teammate Eli Bertrand). He also added a career-high 3.5 tackles for loss as Keiser tied the school record for tackles for loss in a game with 14.0 versus UC on Saturday. His play helped KU hold Cumberlands (Ky.) to just 73 yards rushing (entered the game averaging 268.5 yards per game). Averaging 55.5 points per game, the Patriots were held to just 12 points on Saturday.

Shea Spencer, Keiser

Senior | Vero Beach, Fla. | Quarterback

Notes: Quarterback Shea Spencer led the Keiser offense to 42 points versus the Cumberlands (Ky.) Patriots on Saturday as the Seahawks improved to 3-0 on the year. Completing 19-of-30 passes for 222 yards, Spencer tossed three TD passes to increase his career total to 57. It was also the 11th time in program history a QB has registered three passing touchdowns in a game. It also marked the 17th game Spencer has thrown for over 200 yards. He leads the conference in completion percentage (66.2 percent).

Freshman | Sarasota, Fla. | Kicker

Notes: Dorian Hall's play on special teams helped the Seahawks to a 42-12 win at Cumberlands (Ky.) on Saturday. The freshman kicker was perfect on extra-point attempts (6-of-6) while averaging 41.0 yards per punt. He also had three touchbacks on seven kickoff attempts. His seven kicks totaled 435 yards.




 


Volleyball Players of the Week

Kaylee Hunt, Webber International

Senior | Georgetown, Ind. | Outside Hitter

Notes: Hunt has been on another planet for the Warriors. The Senior notched 46 kills across the week, including a career high 20 against Florida National. She added 13 kills in back to back games which also happened to be double doubles, adding 14 and 11 digs respectively. Hunt did not leave the court against Florida College or Florida Memorial.

Notes: Connors protected the floor from the volleyball this week. Notching 6.50 digs per set, with 39 total digs in consecutive shutout victories of Florida College and Keiser. Collecting 31 total receptions with only three errors.


Setter of the Week

Notes: Domingos was dominant was more as she logged 44 assists in a 3-1 victory over Keiser averaging 11.0 assists per set. She had 24 assists in a loss to No. 13 nationally ranked St. Thomas.

Notes: Vujakovic made an impressive 13 saves in the 4-1 win over Dallas Christian last Monday as the Gyrenes wrapped up their trip to the Lone Star State with a record of 2-0-1. Then on Saturday, Vujakovic recorded four saves in a 4-2 win over Pensacola Christian.

Notes: Eric powered the offense in a dominant 6?0 win over Mobile, scoring twice on just two shots for a perfect 100% shooting and shots-on-goal rate. The efficient brace not only set the tone for the victory but also highlighted his finishing ability. Eric now has back to back games with 2 goals.

Notes: Georgia Little was two, two, two good this week for the No. 1 Keiser Seahawks who took home three wins. On the backline, the Seahawks earned three more shutouts on the week including a 3-0 win over No. 9 SCAD-Savannah on Sunday. Little continues to get it done on the offensive half as well as she tallied two assists in three consecutive games to bring her season total to eight. With eight assists, she is now tied for fourth in the NAIA.

Lauren Riley, Keiser

Senior | Staffordshire, England | Forward

Notes: After scoring one goal in her first five games, Lauren Riley now has three goals in the last three games as she leads the Seahawks to three more wins. The senior forward tallied the first goal of the game against Ave Maria on Wednesday and against New College of Florida on Friday. It is the fourth time in her career that Riley has scored in three consecutive games.

Matus Cedzo, Keiser

Freshman | Prague, Czech Republic

Notes: Freshman Matus Cedzo made his Keiser debut winning the Seahawk Shootout with a 12-under, 204. Cedzo claimed medalist honors by six strokes, standing as the only player to finish double digits under par. The tournament was the first win of his Seahawk career. The 12-under was the third-lowest 54-hole total in Keiser history. He shot 2-under on Par 3s, 4-under on Par 4s, and 6-under on Par 5s. Cedzo recorded 37 par putts, had 13 birdies, and tallied one eagle.



 

Women's Golfer of the Week

Sharon Shan, SCAD Savannah

Junior | Shenzhen, Guangdong, China

Notes: Shan picked up her first individual win of the season, tying Dalton State's Jia Kataria for the top spot, shooting a 223 (+7) over the three rounds. The junior's second round score of 70 tied the low round of the tournament. Shan led the No. 3 Bees to a fifth-place finish.
